Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from HUS & CO. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@husandco.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items purchased on sale or marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Made to order items
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
